Wanderer is a 6-8 week old (as of 5/23/25) male, Chihuahua mix puppy who is expected to stay a small/medium size when fully grown. He was at an animal shelter in San Antonio, Texas and given 4 days to find a home before being placed on the euthanasia list. Rescue Pac stepped in the day before his euthanasia date and decided to rescue Wanderer & his 6 siblings! True to his name, Wanderer is always on the move - exploring, sniffing, and bouncing! Whether he’s leaping through the yard, chasing bugs, or romping around with his siblings, this little guy turns every moment into a fun-filled adventure.

But Wanderer isn’t all go-go-go. After he’s had his fill of playtime, he’s more than happy to settle down for a cozy nap and some quality cuddle time. He’s the perfect blend of energetic explorer and affectionate companion, making him a great match for anyone looking for a pup who can keep up with the action but also knows how to relax.

Wanderer is already showing signs of being a smart and eager learner. He’s been making great progress with his house training and will give you a little bark to let you know when he needs to go outside. He’s also getting the hang of his crate, making bedtime and quiet time easier for everyone.

Adoption fees for all dogs are $250 and include all essential vaccines, heartworm treatment (if necessary), a microchip, and spay/neuter.
