Starlet is a approximately 6-month-old puppy who was found on July 4th in the Rio Grande Valley after being abandoned in critical condition. She was discovered dragging her back legs and in severe distress, with multiple serious injuries and medical complications.
Despite everything she has endured, Starlet is showing incredible resilience. She is now in Rescue PAC care and has already begun receiving emergency medical treatment. Her condition is complex, and she will require ongoing diagnostics, specialty care, and a long recovery journey ahead.
Starlet is just beginning her story, and we are committed to giving her every chance possible at healing and a future filled with safety, comfort, and love.
