American Staffordshire Bull Terrier, 1 Year

Chandler was rescued as an injured stray from South Texas. He is a small friend, weighing in at 36 lbs. When he arrived into our care, he suffered from mange, intestinal parasites, heartworm disease and severe puncture wounds we assume came from other neighboring strays. Chandler was treated for his infections and is now learning how to comfortably exist with other dogs again. 

As for people, he loves them! Now that his body has healed, he wiggles from head to toe when meeting new people. Kids? He loves them too! Chandler rests easy in is crate when his foster family is away and also walks well on a leash.

*Adoption fees for all dogs are $250 and include all essential vaccines, heart worm treatment (if necessary), a microchip and spay/neuter.
