Meet Bonnie

Bonnie is the kind of dog who makes you fall in love without even trying. This sweet girl was found as a stray in South Austin, but you’d never guess it by how quickly she’s settled into home life. She’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest when she’s close to her people. If you sit down, don’t be surprised if Bonnie melts right into your arms like she’s been yours forever.

Bonnie is a 26lb girl and is the perfect “just right” size. She’s currently learning her basic manners and already working on “sit” (especially when treats are involved). She’s eager to please and loves having a job, even if that job is just being your shadow.

Bonnie also has a playful, goofy side. She loves exploring the backyard and has taken a special interest in chasing little bugs through the grass. She won’t eat them, but she proudly carries them around like she just made a very important discovery.

She does well in a kennel when needed, sleeps soundly with her humans at night, and truly thrives on love and attention. Bonnie is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly, making her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate dog.

If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, slightly bug-obsessed best friend… Bonnie is your girl.

Adoption fees for all dogs are $250 and include all essential vaccines, heartworm treatment (if necessary), a microchip, and spay/neuter.
